SINOPSIS / SYNOPSIS

Laura acude a un speed dating a conocer gente y se encuentra con Diego, un chico totalmente desencantado con este tipo de cosas y que le hará ver las cosas desde otro prisma

Laura goes to a speed dating session just to meet people and mets Diego, a regular guy that is totally dissapointed with these kind of things. He will open her eyes.

Me llamo Germán Mairen y soy un realizador afincado en Madrid que se dedica principalmente a realizar campañas de publicidad para marcas principalmente americanas, asiaticas y de Sudamérica. Sin embargo, hace un año y medio decidí realizar un corto partiendo de una idea que llevaba rondando en mi cabeza bastante tiempo y el fruto de todo eso fue “Amor en tiempos modernos”. Totalmente autoproducido y rodado en dos fines de semana, el corto vió la luz 6 meses después gracias a la colaboración de amigos y familiares.

My name is German Mairen and I`m a filmmaker based in Madrid. I`ve worked mostly in advertising and commercials for international brands, mostly from USA, South America and Asia. However, one year and a half I dedided to make a short film based on an idea that had been on my mind for long. The end result of all of that was “Love in modern times”. It was a totally self-produced short film that was filmed in 2 weekends, and totally finished 6 months later thanks to family and friends support.
