Dos hermanas están distanciadas por rencores del pasado. Tras años sin verse, la venta de la casa en la que se criaron, las obliga a reencontrarse. A pesar de la distancia ambas aún comparten un recuerdo: los momentos cómplices tomando café, ¿Serán suficientes para volver a unirlas?

Two sisters are spaced by old grudges. After years of not seeing, the sale of the house in which they grew up, forced to reconnect. Despite the distance the two still share a memory: the great moments by drinking coffee, Will it be enough to re-unite them?

La artista Eva María Fernández, conocida sobre todo por su trayectoria como actriz y guionista, da el salto a la dirección cinematográfica con ‘Café’, “un cortometraje intimista que impregna la pantalla de aromas y sentimientos”. Así es el primer film dirigido, escrito y protagonizado por esta polifacética autora, que se inició en la dirección con la obra teatral ‘De par en par’, estrenada con gran éxito de público y crítica en la sala madrileña La Tirana Malas Artes (2009).

The artist Eva Maria Fernandez, known for his career as an actress and writer, makes the leap to film directing with ‘Coffee’, “a short film that permeates the screen intimate aromas and feelings.” This is the first film directed, written and starring this versatile author, who started in the direction with the play ‘wide’, premiered to great acclaim from audiences and critics in the room Malas Artes Madrid La Tirana (2009)
